A Very Nosey Beauty Tag!

I'm really enjoying tag posts at the minute and i tag anybody who would like to answer these questions! :)

Would you rather lose all your mascaras, eye-liners and lip products or lose all of your palettes and eye shadows?
It's taken my ages to decide this and i love all of them the same but im gonna have to say lose all my palettes and eye shadows as i wear mascara more than eye shadow!

Would you rather chop off all your hair, or never be able to cut it again?
definitely never cut it again! I don't think i would be able to handle having very short hair as i love long hair!

If you had £500, would you spend this on clothes or makeup?
This is sooo hard! could i spend half on each?! ;)

Would you rather only use one eye shadow colour or lip colour for the rest of your life?
I think it would have to be use the same lip colour because if you use the same eye shadow your look will mostly look the same but with different eye shadow you can create different looks.

Bright nails or nude nails all year round?
I change my nail colour normally about 3 times a week as i get bored with it very easily! So im gonna have to say bright nails all year round!

Would you rather give up lip gloss or nail polish?
Lip gloss as i could not live without nail polish! I hate the look of unpainted nails!!

Describe your perfect mascara. Have you found one?

Perfect mascara would be lengthening and volumising as i have short lashes which is very annoying! I don't think i have found one yet but i have been using the Soap and glory thick and fast and that is very good!

What's your ideal coverage foundation?
Medium/full coverage

Favourite high street/ drug store beauty brand?
I would probably have to say Rimmel because most of the products are really good but i do also like seventeen and own quite a few products from them.

Is there any makeup you can leave the house without wearing?
Mascara and concealer!

What is your most cherished beauty product?
I'm not too sure i have one i love too many products!

What skin type do you have?
Normal/ dry depends on the time of year!

Do you always use the same skin routine or do you like switching it up?
I like to switch it up every few months or so as i find my skin can become used to some products after a while.

Top 5 beauty gurus?
Shaaanxo
itsblondie
Nicole Guerriero
Zoella
Tanya Burr
But there are lots one who i love to watch!

If you could only buy one makeup brand forever, which would you buy?
I don't know if i can pick just one! so im gonna pick 3!! Rimmel, bourjois and seventeen! i can't choose between them!

Which brand has your favourite packaging?
YSL i think their packaging is beautiful!

Name a makeup crime you hate.
Foundation the doesn't match the colour of the neck and when people put too much blush on and they start to resemble a clown!!

Quick fire!

Blush or bronzer?
blush

Lipgloss or lipstick?
lipstick

Foundation or concealer?
Foundation

Brushes or sponges?

OPI or Essie?

June favourites:

I don't have too many favourites this month but i went through my make up collection and rediscovered some products that i haven't used in a while and i like that change it up every so often!

Stila in the light palette:
I know it seems like every blogger has this but it is a really handy and versatile palette. It has mostly neutral shades with shimmer and matte shadows and it's great for a smokey eye and this is all i have been using this month as all the shades i normally use are all together and the pigment is amazing!

Eyeko skinny liquid eyeliner:
I have just posted a full review about this product here but i will just reiterate this is the best eyeliner i have ever used and it only takes a second to create a winged liner!

Sinful colors 'Easy going' nail polish:

This is a nail polish that i bought last year but only used it once but recently i have been loving white/cream nails and this is was what i found in my nail polish that fitted the bill perfectly! the colour is opaque in 2 coats but it does take a while to dry.

Mua mosaic blush in English rose:

Another product i had hidden away that i had forgotten about, this is a repurchase so i do recommend it a lit, it gives a lovely subtle glow and flush to the cheeks.

Victoria's secret 'Pure seduction' body lotion:

I think i have included this in my favourites before but pure seduction is my favourite scent from Victoria's secret. It is such a long lasting scent and it smells so fruity and floral and i have been using this everyday!!

Loreal 'Cheryl's nude' lipstick:

Another product which i have mentioned before but again this is one of my favourite lipsticks that just compliments any make up look! I have a full review here

Favourite drugstore highlighters:

Favourite drugstore highlighters:
Recently i have been loving highlighting, it has become my favourite part of my make up routine so i thought i would share my favourite drugstore highlighters with you!

No1: Along came betty stick highlighter
I feel that this is kind of a dupe for Benefit watt's up and it is a similar colour and consistency.  It's really easy to blend out and lasts all day! I picked this up in Tesco for £1.50!!

No2: Seventeen skin wow highlighter
This is the only liquid highlight i own and this is a multi use product as it can be user as a primer and mixed with foundation. I use it as all 3 but not at the same time as i think that would be a bit too much! This product is £5.99 and you do get a lot of product.

No3: MUA undress your skin highlight
The tone of this highlight is more pinky than the usual champagne colour i normally see. I was so impressed with the pigmentation of this product considering it was on £3 and you only need to use the tiniest amount.

No4: Sleek contour kit highlight
I know that this is a hyped up product but it is amazing! Again this is very pigmented and creates a gold highlight, i think that this looks amazing with a bronzed make up look. At £6.49 this product is very good value as you get two products that do last for a long time.

Review| Eyeko skinny liquid eyeliner.

Review| Eyeko skinny liquid eyeliner.
I have been wanting to try a few items from Eyeko and this was one of them, so when i saw it free with Glamour magazine i had to get it as the magazine was £2 and this retails for £12 and it is a full size item! It is in the July issue so is still available now. This eyeliner is so easy to use, it think it it even suitable for people who aren't confident with eyeliner.
It is the best liner i have ever used! the nib is thin but not too thin, it gives off just the right amount liquid. It dries glossy as most eyeliners do and it lasted all day just started to fade at the end of the day which is expected. It is 100% worth the full price.

Empties #4

Empties #4

Wet'n'wild mega wink mascara| would repurchase
Wet'n'wild isn't a brand widely available in the UK so i would have to order this from the us which is bit of pain but i would repurchase as it was a good mascara and i found it did curl my lashes!

Nspa body firm cream| already repurchased

Nspa is becoming one of my favourite skincare brands, i am still using this as i bought another bottle because i liked it and i did notice a difference in my skin.

Nicki Minaj 'Pink Friday' perfume| already repurchased

I love this perfume, it's great for summer and i already have another bottle ready to use!

Wet'n'wild mega eyes felt tip eye liner| wouldn't repurchase
This is one of the worst eyeliners i have ever used, when i first received it there was virtually no liquid in it so i never even manged to line one eye! so i wouldn't buy it again. I'm not sure if this was just in my case or they are all like that!

Along came betty the night shift cream| already repurchased

This is my go to night cream that i have been using for about 3/4 months now and have a full review for you to read if you want more information.

Nspa ultimate cleansing tonic|already repurchased

I have bought about 4 of these because it is so good, i have a full review here

La roche posay effaclar duo| already repurchased

I have repurchased this but i don't use it very often as i think i used it too much and it made my skin red and ever drier but its great i use it moderately.

Nicki Minaj 'Pink F
riday' body lotion| haven't repurchased
This was included in a perfume set so i'm not sure if you can buy it separately but i would if you could as the scent is long lasting on the skin and it has tiny flecks of glitter which i like!

Review| Rimmel smoky eye quad

Review: Rimmel smoky eye quad

I have never used any eye shadows from Rimmel before so i thought i would try this one as i normally only wear neutral colours! These are perfect for travel as they are so small. This one is called Smoky brun. The shadows are more pigmented on the lid than swatched! You can buy this quads in various colour ways not just neutral. They retail for around £6.99 but you can find them cheaper in various places!

As you can see from the swatched above the highlight shade is not very pigmented and not very visible but the other 3 are pigmented enough to use. when applied they are some of my favourite eye shadows, they lasted all day and blended very easily.I will be buying more of these as they are very handy and the shadows are good quality.

Review: Garnier dark spot correcter moisturiser

Review: Garnier dark spot correcter moisturiser

I had never seen anything like this until i picked up this product, it claims to reduce dark spots whether that be acne scars, age spots or anything like that. I have some acne scars they are quite mild  but i still want to get rid of them!  I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and i can see a difference, the redness has reduced. I do use my normally moisturiser after this as i like a thick moisturiser and this has a thin consistency.  The only thing i don't like about this product is the packaging as the cream just pours out until you put the lid back on and the packaging can easily be pierced as it is a thin metal!
I would recommend this product though if you do have dark spots or blemish scars as if does fade them.
