28 Cheek Products in 28 days| #2 I Heart Make Up Blush

I know this may look a little terrifying in the pan but it's not! The product is very pigmented so you do need a light had when applying but it is very easy to blend out, so not to worry if you do overboard!! I think this would look great on all skin tones because you can make it as pigmented as you would like. It is a matte finish.
