|What I Have Been Watching #3

|Walking On Sunshine
i remember this film being released at the cinema last year and wanting to see it but never got round to it. As it is a musical the cast just randomly burst into song. It may be cheesy but it is uplifting, as it is set in Italy it made me feel all summery Also the male lead is gorgeous!!

|Dirty Dancing
A classic! One of my favourite films, I love the story line, the dancing, the soundtrack so basically everything! If you haven't seen this film then you are missing out! I recommend that you watch it because it's great!!

|Poldark
'Poldark returns from the battlefield to find his father dead and his estate in ruins.'

If you have read my previous what i have been watching posts you will have seen that i love period dramas and this is another one of my favourites! It is an 8 part series that has just been on on BBC1 in the UK.

|The Full Monty
I have watched this film loads of times and still love it! I love the soundtrack, It is a gone of the great British films!
Set in Sheffield in the 90's six unemployed steel workers form a strip tease act in which they go for the full monty!

|Wreckers
  1. 'A man moves back to his childhood town with his wife to start a family, but a surprise visit from his brother exposes lies from the couple's past.'
I came across this film on Netflix last year as i like to watch anything Benedict Cumberbatch stars in! It is quite a dark film as in the content and the was it is filmed. It one of them films that you have to concentrate whilst watching or you will not know what is going on!

|In Secret
  1. 'A woman  and her lover conspire to murder her mild-mannered husband, but overwhelming guilt soon turns their passion into hatred.'
I had never heard of this film before wish is surprising as it is a relatively new film released in 2014. It has quite a lot of well known actors such as Jessica Lange, Elizabeth Olsen and Tom Felton. Again this film is quite dark but i would recommend you watch it!

Review| Essence 'Sooo glow' Cream to Powder Highlighter

Cream highlighters have become my favourite type of highlight as it does give a more natural look. This one is more of a champagne tone but you can also buy a more pink toned one too. The highlighter costs £2.80, I purchased this from the Essence stand in Manchester Arndale so if you are ever in there i would take a look as it has lots of products!

The consistency of this is kind of strange as it is cream to powder. There are very small flecks of shimmer in the pan but when it is applied the highlight looks more like a sheen. The highlight lasts a good amount of time on the skin and i would recommend it as i love the colour and the how it looks on the skin!

|Ordsall Hall

Ordsall hall is a Tudor mansion in the heart of Salford, Manchester. When you see it in the surroundings it is striking as you have something so old in the middle of all these modern houses! I have been quite a few times as we used to go on school trips here!
Admission is free inside the building is a small cafe and gift shop.
I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area or nearby!
I loved the little artifacts dotted around the outside of the building, you can see them in the pictures!

|Empties #12

It's that time again time to show you the empty products that will be going in the bin!

|Mua Undress me too palette: Repurchase? Yes
One of my favourite eye shadow palettes and the first i have ever hit pan on all but 2 of the shadows!

|Collection pressed powder: Repurchase? Yes
I wouldn't recommend this if you have major oily skin as i have been getting an oily t-zone and this does mattify it a little but when i purchased this i had dry skin and just used it to set my foundation which it is great for.

|Coconut oil: Repurchase? Already have!
I am obsessed which coconut oil at the minute, i use it for everything! I have been loving it for taking of my make up, also as a moisturiser i have found that it has faded some blemish scars on my face, nothing has ever faded them before!

|Rimmel wake me up foundation: Repurchase? Yes
Rimmel foundations are some of my favourites and this is no exception!

|Touch of silver shampoo and conditioner: Repurchase? Yes
If you read my blog you will have seen this in quite a few posts as it id my favourite shampoo for blonde hair, Its amazing!

|Loccitaine citrus spray: Repurchase? No
The scent of this was a very fresh but it reminded me of a cleaning product! Which i think was because of the citrus scent!

|Sanctuary body lotion: Repurchase? Yes
I have used quite a lot of The Sanctuary products and i have never come across one that i didn't like. I love the spa like scent, it's very relaxing!

|Make up revolution single shadow: Repurchase? Yes
I used this everyday as a crease colour and sometimes all over the lid but i also used it for my eyebrows so it is a very versatile shadow, for only £1 it is well worth it. The shade is Mocha love.

|Shopping My Stash

Shopping my stash is something that i have never done but I was Spring cleaning all my make up collection and came across a lot of products that i haven't used in a while!

First up is some Make Up Revolution pigments which i think i got on my first order from them last year and i have only used them a few times, So it time to work them into a make up look!
I have two eye shadow palettes that i have never used and have only been swatched. I have been loving wearing green so this is a great find it is the LA Colours  and the NYX palette which contains copper/bronzey shades, I can't wait to use these because they suit my eye colour!
The Seventeen Photo Flawless primer is something that i used all the time and i have been through about 4 tubes but this is my last and it has been discontinued which i am not happy about!!
MUA single shadows are amazing i have loads of bright coloured ones so now that the weather should be getting warmer and we are in Spring i will be using them.
I own 3 of the Bourjois colour boost sticks they are all bright, Spring appropriate colours so they will be getting a lot of use in the near future!
